In general, items sold by Paaopaa can be retuned if it qualifies based on the following condition:
-if the item delivered was damaged or had signs of physical damage (dents, scratches, unusual marks, wet etc.)
-if the item was delivered without its accompanying parts.
-if the package you received was different from what you ordered.
-if the importance of the item expired before delivery but please be informed that only selected items may qualify for this to hold.
Paaopaa reserves the right in deciding what happens to all goods that are returned.
To avoid any complications, we entreat all clients to ensure that all items (those that qualify for refund) are retuned in the exact condition and with all cards/papers, manuals, accessories, stickers etc. as
the item was packaged when you received it.
Some items retuned may attract an automatic refund other may be replaced. The condition of the item being retuned and/or reason for the return will greatly advice the refund.
In retuning a device that stores data, we suggest you take your time to ensure that you remove all personal data from the device before retuning it.
Paaopaa is not obligated to make the data or device available to anyone after it has been accepted as a returned item.

Once the item leaves our premises, we are unable to cancel the order.
